Indonesia’s leading media network, Mola TV, required a golfing icon for their golf event and evening dinner at Jakarta’s famous Royale Jakarta Golf Club. Evolve helped them to book the legendary European Tour star and winner of the 1991 Masters, Ian Woosnam. Ian was a huge success, playing golf alongside competition winners and taking part in a Q&A where he wowed guests with his anecdotes from a highly successful career.
Leading Indonesian media outlet, Mola TV, required a golf legend to act as a special guest at their golf day in Jakarta. Taking place at the picturesque Royale Jakarta Golf Club, Evolve partnered the event with the iconic Ian Woosnam.
Regarded as one of the greatest European golfers of all time, Ian is best known for winning the 1991 Masters. As well as this, he was victorious 29 times on the European Tour and won five Ryder Cups.
Ian flew to Jakarta as the event’s star guest and played a round of golf with competition winners and VIPs. Here, the lucky winners were able to see a golfing champion play up close and personal, with Ian giving them hints and tips along the way.
After the golf had ended, Ian attended a relaxed dinner where he took part in a Q&A answering audience questions. The event was a huge success, with audience members captivated by Ian’s extensive golfing knowledge and fascinating anecdotes from his career at the top.
