What are they doing now: Jason is currently the Podium Men’s Sprint Coach ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games

Jason is Britain’s most successful Olympian of all time, and the current holder of the most Olympic gold medals and medals for a British athlete. His sporting success has been unmatched and his passion for the sport has continued into his competitive retirement. Along with his kit partner, HUUB, he has created his own range of cycling kits and is also a proud start-up investor in the newly engineered bike brand, REAP.
Sir Mo Farah

Most memorable Olympic moment: Mo’s double gold-winning victories at the London 2012 Olympics
What are they doing now? As well as running competitively, Mo is one of the most popular sporting speakers on the circuit and a great media personality

Alongside his impressive sporting career, Mo bravely revealed the truth about his childhood in 2022. In a BBC documentary he detailed how he was illegally trafficked to Britain from Somaliland due to the civil war in the nation. He spent the first few years of his life in the UK, was not allowed to leave the house and was forced to work as a servant for those who smuggled him. He is now able to share his experiences from his past as well as his sporting career in his speaking engagements.
Dame Kelly Holmes
Olympic Medal haul: 2 Gold and 1 Bronze Medal
Most successful Olympic Games: 2004 Athens
Most memorable Olympic moment: Writing her name in history when she won gold in both the 800m and 1500m in the 2004 Athens Olympics
What are they doing now? Kelly is the President of Commonwealth Games England and a passionate LGBTQ+ and mental health advocate
Specialist speaker topics: Athletics, diversity and inclusion, LGBTQ+, mental health, discipline
Kelly continues to be regarded as one of Britain’s greatest-ever sportswomen and is now also a big advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. In 2022, she came out as gay after 34 years and now works to help those who are struggling with their sexual identity. Kelly was also a former sergeant in the British military in the Women’s Royal Army Corps. In her speaking engagements she can discuss how this career led her to become a great sporting success, and her personal life experiences since retiring.
Sir Chris Hoy

Most memorable Olympic moment: Chris won six gold medals in the 1km time trial, Sprint and Keirin events over three consecutive Olympic games
What are they doing now? Chris still works in the cycling industry; he promotes the sport and launched his own range of bikes with Evans

Chris is the most successful track cyclist of all time, having also won 11 World Championship titles and two Commonwealth Games victories. His success has been huge in catapulting cycling into the public eye. Chris was inspired to become a professional cyclist when watching the film E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial as a six-year-old. His passion for bikes has continued and he began a motorsport career upon retiring from competitive cycling. In 2014, Chris joined the British GT championship and in 2016, took part in the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Dame Laura Kenny
Olympic Medal haul: 5 Gold and 1 Silver Medal
Most successful Olympic Games: 2012 London / 2016 Rio de Janeiro
Most memorable Olympic moment: During the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, Laura won her fifth Olympic gold medal and became the first British woman to win gold at three consecutive Olympic Games
What are they doing now? Laura and her fellow cycling husband, Sir Jason Kenny, have published a book, The Inside Track, and are now expecting their second child

As an incredibly successful female Olympian, Laura has become a role model to so many in sport. She has been awarded Harper’s Bazaar’s Sporting Icons award and her success has gained her a long-standing position as an Adidas athlete.
Matthew Pinsent CBE
Olympic Medal haul: 4 Gold Medals
Most successful Olympic Games: 1992 Barcelona / 1996 Atlanta / 2000 Sydney / 2004 Athens
Most memorable Olympic moment: Matthew won four gold medals in four consecutive Olympic Games between 1992 and 2004
What are they doing now? Matthew is now an outstanding motivational and after dinner speaker as well as working on coverage of rowing on BBC Sport
Specialist speaker topics: Rowing, teamwork, motivation, mental resilience
Matthew’s rowing career began as a student at Eton College and became a huge success when he joined Oxford University. He won the iconic Boat Race two years in a row in 1990 and 1991 with Oxford and whilst there, he joined forces with fellow rower, Steve Redgrave. Matthew and Steve had an incredibly successful partnership, both inside and outside of the Olympics. They then went from a coxless two to a coxless four and were joined by Tim Foster and James Cracknell. From there the success continued right through to his retirement.
Gail Emms
Olympic Medal haul: One Silver Medal
Most successful Olympic Games: 2004 Athens
Most memorable Olympic moment: Winning a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics
What are they doing now? Gail is now one of the most popular awards hosts and sporting speakers on the circuit
Specialist speaker topics: Badminton, teamwork, mental health, motivation
Outside of the Olympics, Gail has won one World Championship title; two Commonwealth Games titles; and two European Championships titles. She paired with Nathan Robertson in the mixed doubles event early on and the duo went on to establish a long-lasting and fruitful partnership. Following her retirement from the sport, Gail suffered from depression and initially struggled to adapt to life after sport. In her speaking events she can now share her experiences of this as well as her sporting success.
Kate Richardson-Walsh OBE
Olympic Medal haul: 1 Gold and 1 Bronze Medal
Most successful Olympic Games: 2016 Rio de Janeiro
Most memorable Olympic moment: Being the Great Britain captain at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro games which saw the team win gold
What are they doing now? Kate now uses her experience to encourage and coach the next generation of female athletes
Specialist speaker topics: Hockey, leadership, team building, motivation
Kate is the most-capped female hockey player in her country’s history, having made over 370 appearances for her country. She has won a whole host of awards and prestigious nominations, including being shortlisted her for the FIH World Player of the Year Award; becoming GB Hockey’s Athlete of the Year; and twice winning the prestigious Hockey Writers Player of the Year. In 2016, she was also nominated for the BBC Sports Personality of the Year Award.
Linford Christie OBE
Olympic Medal haul: 1 Gold and 2 Silver Medals
Most successful Olympic Games: 1988 Seoul / 1992 Barcelona
Most memorable Olympic moment: Winning gold in the 100m sprint at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics
What are they doing now? Linford now coaches some of Britain’s leading international athletes; runs a successful sports management company and has presented a number of TV programmes

Linford has gone down in history as Europe’s greatest-ever 100m sprinter. His fastest time stands at 9.87 seconds. Since his retirement, he has become an incredibly successful athletics coach and has coached Olympic medallists such as Katharine Merry, Darren Campbell and Mark Lewis.
Sir Bradley Wiggins
Olympic Medal haul: 5 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze Medals
Most successful Olympic Games: 2008 Beijing
Most memorable Olympic moment: Bradley won gold in both the Team Pursuit and Individual Pursuit at the 2008 Beijing Olympics
What are they doing now? Bradley now works as a racing pundit for Global Cycling Network (GCN) and other outlets and is a inspiring motivational speaker
Specialist speaker topics: Cycling, leadership, teamwork, motivation, mental health
With a remarkable career in both track and road racing, Bradley’s Olympic career was not his only incredible success. Following his track career, he turned his attention to road racing and achieved a podium finish at the 2009 Tour de France. This was followed by a second Grand Tour podium at the 2011 Vuelta a Espana; and a near-perfect run in 2012 which saw him win four races on his way to the Tour de France yellow jersey. In 2012, Bradley was named BBC Sports Personality of the Year and he is on tour in 2023 with the ‘An Evening with Bradley Wiggins’ UK tour. Bradley is also a MIND charity ambassador and outspoken campaigner for mental health awareness, a topic he can also discuss alongside sport.
Daley Thompson CBE
Olympic Medal haul: 2 Gold Medals
Most successful Olympic Games: 1980 Moscow / 1984 Los Angeles
Most memorable Olympic moment: At the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics Daley defended his Olympic title; his score of 8,847 was a world record that stood until 1992 and still remains a British record
What are they doing now? Daley is now an incredibly sought after sporting speaker in the industry
Specialist speaker topics: Athletics, motivation, inspiration
An incredibly successful decathlete, alongside his Olympic success, Daley won three Commonwealth Games golds; two European Championships; and one World Championship; and went nine years undefeated in the event. In 1983, he held the European, World and Olympic titles simultaneously. As a talented footballer growing up, he took this into his retirement and briefly played for non-league side, Stevenage, before being employed as a fitness coach at Wimbledon and Luton Town. Daley has also worked as a pundit for the BBC and Talksport, where he offered his expert insight into some of the world’s biggest sporting events.
Tessa Sanderson CBE
Olympic Medal haul: 1 Gold Medal
Most successful Olympic Games: 1984 Los Angeles
Most memorable Olympic moment: Tessa became the first-ever female to win an Olympic gold medal for Great Britain in the Javelin event at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
What are they doing now? Tessa has set up the Tessa Sanderson Foundation and Academy, a charity that educates youths through sport
Specialist speaker topics: Motivation, mindset, inspiration
Since leaving the track following her Olympic success, Tessa has become a popular face on TV. She has made numerous media appearances on the likes of Great British Menu, Antiques RoadShow, and Celebrity Masterchef, to name a few. Her famous rivalry with Fatima Whitbread is also still a hot topic of conversation today and is guaranteed to go down with her legacy.
