This was for the SPOTLIGHT Rail Awards which took place at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London. Jo attended the black-tie dinner and delivered a speech on the topic of motivational business, before handing out awards. As a big advocate of train travel and the rail industry, Jo was not only the perfect speaker for the topic of the event but also had a passion and enthusiasm towards the industry which came across exceptionally throughout the evening.
