Pauline Miller & IoIC

In June, Evolve paired Chief Equity Officer at Dentsu and leading diversity, equity and inclusion speaker, Pauline Miller, with the Institute of Internal Communications (IoIC). 

This was for the IoIC Festival which took place over the course of two days at Tewinbury, near Welwyn Garden City. Pauline attended the event and delivered a keynote speech on the final day, focussing on EDI and internal communicators. She discussed how people are still ‘afraid’ to mention EDI/tackle it/say the wrong thing and spoke about building high performing inclusive cultures and how to have those more difficult conversations. Pauline made an excellent impact at the event and was described by the client as giving an ‘incredible keynote’ and fully immersing herself in the event and with attendees.
