Matt Lindley & Alvarez and Marsal

In July, Evolve paired airline and ex RAF Royal Squadron Pilot, turned expert speaker on diversity and inclusion, Matt Lindley, with Alvarez and Marsal.

This was for Alvarez and Marsal’s event, Celebrate Pride with Trailblazer Matt Lindley which took place at the company’s office in London. Matt attended and delivered a keynote speech focussing on the importance of Pride, diversity and inclusion in all aspects of life. As one of the first openly gay pilots in the armed forces, Matt was able to share his experiences of adversity first-hand and discuss how he dealt with this. He went down exceptionally at the event and was described by the client as “a fabulous speaker with a powerful story that he managed to make completely relevant to our people. We have had amazing feedback from the session.”
