Mike Bates & Hybrid Solutions Group

In November, Evolve paired human intelligence specialist, covert counter-terrorism operations leader, entrepreneur and Atlantic rower, Mike Bates, with Hybrid Solutions Group. 

This was for the Hybrid Solutions Group Away Day which took place at Rutland Hall Hotel and Spa. Mike attended the event and delivered a keynote speech focussing on his story and the importance of goals. Mike was a brilliant speaker for the event and Hybrid Solutions Group said “Mike was fantastic!
