Perry McCarthy & Cyncly

In February, Evolve partnered ex-Formula One driver and Top Gear’s original Stig, Perry McCarthy, with Cyncly. 

This was for the SKO 26 – Internal Sales Kick Off event which took place at Conrad Dublin. Perry attended the event, delivered a keynote speech and went down fantastically with attendees. Cyncly stated “Perry delivered an outstanding session at our Sales Kick Off and held the room from start to finish. He brought a great level of energy and presence, and his anecdotes were well judged and highly effective for a predominantly sales audience operating under real performance pressure. He struck an excellent balance between humour, honesty, and insight, making his stories both engaging and relevant. The parallels he drew resonated strongly with the audience and landed well across a global group… His delivery, authenticity, and storytelling connected equally well with attendees from all regions. Perry was also extremely personable throughout the event. He made himself available after the session and gave generous time to individuals who wanted to speak with him and get selfies, many of whom were international attendees. This was noticed and very much appreciated. Overall, Perry was a pleasure to work with and delivered a highly impactful session that aligned well with the tone and objectives of our SKO. I would not hesitate to recommend him for similar audiences or future events.
