Sebastian Sheppard has accumulated more than 20 years of leadership experience across high-performance sectors including aerospace, cyber security, defence, data science, telecoms and motorsport. His leadership foundations were forged as a Royal Navy lieutenant and anti-submarine helicopter pilot.
Most recently, Sebastian led over 150 engineers at Alpine F1 for more than six years, heading the technical team responsible for the time-critical design and engineering of Formula 1 race cars. His career also includes senior roles at Airbus, where he oversaw the A400M Wing Final Assembly Line in Seville, and at Altran (now Capgemini) as Head of Transformation & Integration for the UK and Northern Europe, managing post-merger integrations.
