In June, Evolve booked human intelligence specialist, covert counter-terrorism operations leader, entrepreneur and Atlantic rower, Mike Bates with Greene King. This was for their Working As One: The Managed Pubs Meet which was held at The Vox Conference Venue in Birmingham. Bringing together colleagues from across the managed pubs division, the event focused on collaboration, performance and creating a positive workplace culture.

Mike delivered a keynote speech centred on the importance of culture and employee engagement, sharing practical strategies and thought-provoking insights to inspire delegates.
