Tess Daly MBE is a television presenter best known for hosting BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing from 2004 to 2025.

Before television, Tess worked internationally as a model. In 1999 she made the move into presenting, fronting The Big Breakfast’s “Find Me A Model” segment. She went on to build a broadcasting career spanning more than two decades, most notably as the face of Strictly Come Dancing, which she hosted for 21 years until stepping down at the end of 2025, making her the show’s longest-serving presenter. Tess was appointed MBE in the 2025 King’s Birthday Honours for services to broadcasting.
Between 2008 and 2019 Tess was part of the presenting team for Children in Need, and in 2018 she paid tribute to her former Strictly co-host Bruce Forsyth by fronting the BBC One special Sir Bruce: A Celebration. Beyond broadcasting, she serves as an ambassador for Vitabiotics and The Prince’s Trust, co-founded the swimwear brand Naia Beach, and holds a patron role with the Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity. She has also written two novels, and in 2023 released 4 Steps To a Happier, Healthier You, a wellbeing guide combining recipes, exercises and lifestyle advice.

The fee normally includes a keynote speech, as well as Q&A and meet and greet, but we can tailor the package to your needs and budget. Travel and accommodation for the speaker are normally charged separately but can be arranged by us.
