Rosie Steevenson & Safran

In September, Evolve paired former RAF Tornado Navigator and motivational speaker Rosie Steevenson with Safran for their Values Week, held at the company’s Wolverhampton site.

Rosie delivered a keynote session, drawing on her distinguished military career and experiences operating in high-pressure environments. Having undertaken high-profile missions for the RAF and flown with NATO’s Rapid Reaction Force, she brought valuable perspectives on teamwork, adaptability and performing under pressure.

Following her keynote, Rosie took the time to engage with employees in person, including Safran’s Women in Leadership cohort, who welcomed the opportunity to ask questions and hear more about her experiences. She also stayed after her session, where employees came to meet her and continue the conversation.

The session was exceptionally well received, with Safran commenting: “Rosie, again, was brilliant. She was really adaptable.” The client particularly highlighted the value of the time Rosie spent with the Women in Leadership cohort and praised her willingness to connect with employees after the keynote. With over 200 people attending online, Rosie’s contribution was a memorable highlight of Safran’s Values Week, inspiring employees through her real-world experiences and insights.
