Amy Dowden & E.ON UK

In July, Evolve paired Strictly Come Dancing professional and broadcaster, Amy Dowden, with E.ON UK for their event, ADAPTability Café.

The ADAPTability Café was held virtually, and Amy gave a talk focussing on her experience of living with a chronic illness. As a trailblazer for this, Amy’s talk went down exceptionally, and her emotion and empathy resonated greatly with guests. Following the event, E.ON said “Amy is absolutely brilliant, she has such a powerful way of articulating the balance between the reality of living with a chronic illness and maintaining such a positive outlook. From a personal point of view, it meant so much to me to be able to host the session, and I’m so grateful for the opportunity to meet Amy. We’ve already received some lovely feedback from colleagues, so the session was perfect.”
