In June, Evolve booked former BBC Radio 4 Today programme business presenter, now on Times Radio, Dominic O’Connell with QSR Media UK for the Redcat QSR Media UK Conference & Awards 2026 which took place at Park Plaza Victoria in London. Bringing together leaders and professionals from across the quick service restaurant sector, the event explored key industry trends, challenges and opportunities while celebrating excellence through the awards programme.

Dominic moderated panel discussions; introduced speakers and panellists; and provided engaging transitions between sessions. Drawing on his extensive experience in journalism and business reporting, he brought valuable industry insight, thoughtful questioning and a confident stage presence to the programme.
