This was for IoIC’s festival event which took place in Hertfordshire over the course of two days. On the first day, Paul attended and gave a speech on the labour market, and the following day, Mike delivered a speech on leadership in business. With two totally different careers and life stories, Paul and Mike were the perfect contrast for captivating guests from completely different angles.
