For their ‘Away Day’ on 16th September 2022, Shoosmiths LLP were on the lookout for a motivational and high-performance speaker who could capture the attention of their employees through delivering a speech and taking part in a Q&A. The objective of the booking was to find a speaker who could inspire and increase performance in already high-performing teams.
From being behind the controls of a Tornado GR1 flying through the airspace, to standing in front of large audiences, Jo’s experience of peak performance is second to none. She was therefore able to draw on her experience in the RAF and in industry and achieve the objective Shoosmiths LLP were seeking perfectly.
Taking place at the Crowne Plaza in Stratford-upon-Avon, Jo attended the lunch and session, connecting with members of the audience, before conducting her talk at the venue. This allowed her to engage with participants before she took to the stage, making her approach all the more personable and relatable to the crowd.
