Kate Silverton & Hello Fresh

In September, Evolve paired child psychologist, journalist and BBC News presenter, Kate Silverton, with Hello Fresh for their Back to School campaign.

The aim of the campaign was to uncover how families’ busy midweek schedules are impacting meal times, and benefits of after school activities for children versus the benefits of shared mealtimes and how and why both can be beneficial to children’s development and overall wellbeing. Kate provided expert commentary which touched on this in the release, along with her top tips for families on how to make the most of their midweek meal times together. Kate also participated in UK media interviews and contributed to features with target media for the campaign. As a child psychologist, Kate was the perfect fit for the campaign as she used both her expertise and experience as a parent to emphasise the importance of shared meal times for families for children.
