Keith Duffy and George at Asda

We booked former Boyzone superstar Keith Duffy for the launch of the new ‘Easy on, Easy off’ clothing range from George at Asda.

Especially suitable for children with special educational needs and disabilities, it was a cause that was particularly close to Keith’s heart. Keith’s daughter Mia was diagnosed with Autism from an early age, and he understands the difficulties that children with autism can experience when getting dressed. He said:

“I am supporting the new George ‘Easy On, Easy Off’ campaign to raise awareness of the challenges that many children with specific needs face each day when it comes to clothing.

This new research that’s out today by George really highlights some of the challenges that many children with specific needs face – 9 in 10 Parents describe getting them dressed as ‘Distressing and Upsetting’ and 90% of children with specific needs get distressed whilst trying to dress themselves”
