Lauren Pope and Polly

In order to raise awareness of the importance of parents, particularly mums, requiring life insurance, life insurance specialist Polly was looking for a famous face to help with its social media campaign. We paired the brand with The Only Way Is Essex star and young mum Lauren Pope.

According to life insurance providers Polly, every 22 minutes a child loses a parent they financially depend on. This shocking statistic is even more concerning when you consider that 12% of UK mums have no life insurance in place if the worst happens.

In order to raise awareness of this issue and promote their great life insurance services, Polly came to Evolve looking for a celebrity who could help reach a wider target audience with a number of sponsored posts and videos. We paired them with The Only Way is Essex star, Lauren Pope.

Lauren is one of the UK’s most instantly recognisable reality stars, and in 2020 became a mum for the first time. Becoming a parent means that Lauren understands just how important getting life insurance cover is, and so Polly worked with her on a filming day.

Together, they produced a number of videos that Polly posted on their social media channels. These sponsored posts shared Lauren’s story with a wide audience and encouraged people not to leave it until it’s too late to get covered.
