The event was for Darby Rimmer MND Charitable Trust, on behalf of a former player of the club who was recently diagnosed with MND. It was held at Yeovil Town Football & Athletic Club and Lord Ian attended and took part in a Q&A session, focussing on his cricket career, links and history with Yeovil, and his charitable events. As a cricket legend with a connection to Yeovil and an avid charity supporter, Lord Ian was perfect for the role and received fantastic feedback from all who attended.
