Mark Matthews and Shell

Evolve partnered Australian professional big wave surfer, Mark Matthews, with Shell for a company event they were holding.

The event took place on 4th June 2023 at the Four Seasons hotel in Maui, Hawaii. Mark attended the event and delivered a 45-minute speech on strategy and performance and negotiating uncertainty. He then took questions from the audience afterwards and received a standing ovation.

Being a big wave surfer, Mark was able to use his experience of fast-thinking and uncertainty in the ocean to apply to the audience. He engaged guests throughout and was mesmerised guests with his stories.
