The event, – Zest4 Partner Event, Awards & 10th Birthday Celebration, took part in Manchester on Thursday 14th September. Mike gave an uplifting speech on working collaboratively and partnerships before he handed out awards.
With a unique and interesting career, Mike Bates shared his experiences of the importance of teamwork in the military, MOD and as an adventurer. He gave examples which could be applied to those attending the event, making his content both practical and interesting, and therefore a great success for the event.
