Neil Back MBE & British Racing School

In July, Evolve partnered Rugby World Cup winner, and British & Irish Lions and Leicester Tigers flanker, Neil Back MBE with British Racing School.

This was for British Racing School’s workshop event which was held at Warwick Racecourse. Neil attended the event and gave an inspirational and motivational talk. He focussed on the highs and lows of his career and what it took to perform at the very top-level of professional sport. Neil was the perfect person for the event as he was able to use his first-hand experience to help guide the audience as to what it took for him to achieve great success through determination, mindset and attitude. British Racing School said the event “Went really well” and that attendees “all really enjoyed the session”.
