Neil Back MBE & Frasers Group

In August, Evolve booked Rugby World Cup winner, British & Irish Lions and Leicester Tigers flanker, Neil Back MBE, with Frasers Group.

This was for their event, Fraser’s Group High Performing Teams Boosted Workshop Day, which took place at Twickenham Stadium. Neil took part in a Q&A session about being on a high performing team; attended for lunch; mingled with the group; and judged some of the workshop outputs that the groups created.

As a former player in one of the most physically demanding team sports, Neil was the perfect person to talk about being on a high performing team. His used his experiences and learnings on the field to offer his expertise, which could be related to all manner of teams.
