Nigel Owens MBE & Safran

In September, Evolve booked internationally renowned rugby referee and motivational speaker Nigel Owens MBE for Safran’s Values Week, held at the company’s Wolverhampton site.

Nigel attended the site for half a day, delivering a keynote session focused on sharing his experiences and insights with Safran employees. Following his keynote, Nigel spent time visiting meetings and teams across the site, giving employees the opportunity to meet him in person, ask questions and engage with him directly. He was particularly happy to meet fans, taking the time to sign rugby memorabilia and create memorable moments for those in attendance.

The event was exceptionally well received, with Safran praising Nigel’s keynote as “excellent”. The client also highlighted his enthusiasm and willingness to engage with employees, commenting: “Nigel was great and was so happy to meet some fans on site, even signing some rugby merch too.” With around 230 people attending in person and online, Nigel’s session provided an engaging and memorable highlight of Safran’s Values Week.
