Paul Ince and The Sun
One of Britain’s biggest newspapers, The Sun, required a football legend to comment on England’s huge European Championship Round of 16 clash with the old enemy Germany. Ahead of what was one of the national team’s biggest games in recent memory, Evolve provided the services of former England and Manchester United hero Paul Ince, who previewed the match.
During the European Championships in the summer of 2021, The Sun newspaper required a football legend to preview the Round of 16 match between England and Germany. Evolve were able to provide former England captain and Manchester United legend Paul Ince for the role, where he urged the team to ‘show no fear’.
A former teammate of manager Gareth Southgate with the Three Lions, Paul proved to be the perfect person for the job as he called upon the Wembley crowd to play its part. As well as this, he gave a fantastic insight into how he viewed the match, identifying Germany’s weaknesses and how they could be exploited. And Paul proved to be right, as England won the match and ended their 55-year wait for a tournament victory over Germany.
