Rosie Steevenson & Kier Group

In June, Evolve booked front-line tornado F3 navigator, Rosie Steevenson with Kier Group for the KME Commercial Away Day at Grand Connaught Rooms in London. Bringing together colleagues for a day focused on connection, development and collaboration, the event provided an opportunity for attendees to gain fresh perspectives and inspiration from an engaging keynote speaker.

Rosie delivered a keynote speech centred on leadership and adversity, sharing powerful insights and personal experiences from her career. Drawing on her background and experiences, she explored the importance of resilience, overcoming challenges and developing the mindset needed to lead effectively in demanding environments.

Following her keynote, Rosie took part in a Q&A session, allowing attendees to explore her experiences in more detail and engage directly with her advice and perspectives. Rosie’s contribution was extremely well received by Kier Group, with attendees highlighting her session as one of the key moments of the day.
