Ayo’s expertise lie in civil engineering, sustainability, physics, design and more. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of such things ignited a passion in a generation of young people who grew up following Ayo on BBC Reel and BBC Bitesize, where she frequently covered these topics to help make knowledge more accessible to the younger generation. A prominent BBC broadcaster, she also fronted the children’s science gameshow Get Set Galactic for CBeebies.
Ayo has also previously been named as one of the Top 50 women in engineering in 2017 and the ICE President’s future Leader in 2018.

Currently an accomplished Chartered Civil Engineer and Project Manager, Ayo’s array of talents and ability to translate a host of information to the masses landed her as a TV expert on STEM. This involved creating documentaries for the likes of Smithsonian, National Geographic, Discovery Channel, Yesterday TV, and Channel 5. During her time, she worked with leading clients such as Shell, Heineken, the NHS, Blue Yonder, and more.
In addition to this, in 2023 Ayo started Tessellated Future Technology, a technology start-up that has since launched the artificial intelligence application coaching app – Get Coached. The app has revolutionised life coaching by giving people access to 24/7 coaching that is bespoke to them.
