Ben Cohen MBE
A former England international rugby player, Ben Cohen was a talented wing and outside centre who also played for Northampton, Brive and Sale Sharks. Alongside his professional rugby playing career, Ben is also a vocal ally of the LGBT+ community and has taken part in a whole host of charitable causes to help those who have been impacted by bullying or homophobia.
With this in mind, he’s seen as one of the most inspirational rugby after-dinner speakers in the industry and always uses his platform to stand up for minority groups.
His career began in 1996, making his debut for local team Northampton. Having made his debut as a 17-year-old, he quickly progressed through the sport and made his first England appearance in 2000. Making a total of 57 appearances for his country, he became a stalwart in the side and was part of the team that made history in 2003 as England won the Rugby World Cup for the first time.
