In 1991 he launched Death Cigarettes, a cigarette brand that went up against the industry’s established brands and tobacco companies. Utilising provocative yet effective branding, the brand included a skull logo that indicated the product would kill you if people persistently smoked them, and was designed to appeal to a ‘young punk rock’ demographic. BJ ended Death Cigarettes in 1999, and since then has continued his entrepreneurial endeavours. And, alongside his wife, he launched the popular shoe brand Georgina Goodman, which has seen a number of celebrity clients.
