Throughout her Para-rowing career, Erin Kennedy OBE has achieved unprecedented success. She has won two Paralympic golds, four World Championship golds, and three European Championship golds in the PR3 Mix4+ event.
In 2022, Erin was diagnosed with breast cancer at the age of just 29. Despite this, she competed at the 2022 World Cup in Serbia just four days after her diagnosis and won the 2022 European Championship gold while undergoing chemotherapy. In 2024, Erin was awarded an OBE for services to rowing and breast cancer awareness.
