Ray spent 12 years playing for Arsenal in over 450 games, and with the club won three league titles, four FA Cups, one League Cup, and one UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup. Following this, he went onto play for Middlesborough and Hull City before retiring from professional football in 2007.
