A college trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro sparked her appetite for adventure, and she went on to compete in The World’s Toughest Row across the Atlantic.
The Pacific crossing presented major obstacles. A broken rudder ended their first attempt after just seven days, but the team restarted and completed the full distance on their second attempt.
